If you cancel your charter at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip, you will be refunded 100%.

If you cancel your charter within 7 days prior to the scheduled trip, or you fail to show up, you will be charged for the charter (unless we can re-book the vessel).

If the charter is cancelled due to weather or mechanical problems before reaching the fishing grounds, you will be refunded 100%.

If mechanical problems arise on the fishing grounds before 12 PM, we will re-book you or refund you 65%.

If mechanical problems arise on the fishing grounds between 12 PM and 2 PM, we will refund you 40%.

If mechanical problems arise after 2 PM, or on the way in, you will not be refunded.

Adverse weather may delay pickups. In these cases, PWS Eco-Charters will make a new pickup, or arrange for a pickup, at the earliest opportunity.
