Refund Policy
1. If you cancel your charter at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip, you will be refunded 100%.
2. If you cancel your charter within 7 days prior to the scheduled
trip, or you fail to show up, you will be charged for the charter
(unless we can rebook the vessel).
3. If the charter is cancelled due to weather or mechanical
problems before reaching the fishing grounds, you will be refunded
100%.
4. If mechanical problems arise on the fishing grounds before
12 PM, we will rebook you or refund you 65%.
5. If mechanical problems arise on the fishing grounds between
12 PM and 2 PM, we will refund you 40%.
6. If mechanical problems arise after 2 PM, or on the way
in, you will not be refunded.
7. Adverse weather may delay pickups. In these cases, PWS
Eco-Charters will make a new pickup, or arrange for a pickup,
at the earliest opportunity.
